The Dow Jones Industrial Average declined 64 points (0.5%) to close at 14,015, the S&P 500 Index lost 8 points (0.5%) to 1,554, and the Nasdaq Composite dropped 39 points (1.4%) to 2,772. Crude oil rose $1.78 to $83.08 per barrel, and gold ended up $10.9 at $751.30 per ounce.
