The Dow Jones Industrial Average gained 90 points (0.7%) to close at 12,427,
the S&P 500 Index rose 11 points (0.8%) to 1,360, and
the Nasdaq Composite advanced 21 points (0.9%) to 2,327.
Crude oil finished up $0.73 to $100.74 per barrel, and
gold gained $18.80 at $948.60 per ounce.
