The Dow Jones Industrial Average declined 36 points (0.3%) to close at 12,576, the S&P 500 Index lost 7 points (0.5%) to 1,366, and the Nasdaq Composite fell 16 points (0.7%) to 2,349. Crude oil finished down $0.59 to $108.50 per barrel, and gold ended down $8.70 at $914.00 per ounce.
