Crude Oil Jumps, Financials Drop On Concerns Over Bailout Proposal

The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 373 points (3.3%) to close at 11,016, the S&P 500 Index dropped 48 points (3.8%) to 1,207, and the Nasdaq Composite tumbled 95 points (4.2%) to 2,179. Crude oil jumped $15.45 to $120.00 per barrel, and gold surged $43.70 to $908.40 per ounce.
