Markets End Week Strongly On Techs & Financials

The Dow Jones Industrial Average gained 135 points (1.0%) to close at 13,807 the S&P 500 Index rose 21 points (1.4%) to 1,535, and the Nasdaq Composite jumped up 53 points (1.9%) to 2,804. Crude oil advanced $1.39 to $91.85 per barrel, and gold ended up $18.00 at $789.00 per ounce. For the week, the DJIA moved 2.1% higher, the S&P 500 Index gained 2.3%, and the Nasdaq Composite advanced 2.9%.
