The Dow Jones Industrial Average declined 361 points (2.6%) to close at 13,300, the S&P 500 Index dropped 45 points (2.9%) to 1,476, and the Nasdaq Composite declined 76 points (2.7%) to 2,749. Crude oil lost $0.83 to $95.87 per barrel, and gold ended $11.00 higher at $834.40 per ounce.
