Major Indices End The Week Higher

The Dow Jones Industrial Average gained 6 points to close at 13,626, the S&P 500 Index lost 3 points (0.2%) to 1,505, and the Nasdaq Composite declined 3 points (0.1%) to 2,706. Crude oil dropped $1.91 to $88.32 per barrel, and gold ended down $7.40 at $793.80 per ounce. For the week, the DJIA closed 1.9% higher, the S&P 500 Index rose 1.6%, and the Nasdaq Composite gained 1.7%.
