The Dow Jones Industrial Average jumped up 196 points (1.5%) to close at 13,445, the S&P 500 Index rose 22 points (1.5%) to 1,485, and the Nasdaq Composite advanced 47 points (1.8%) to 2,666. Crude oil finished down $0.91 to $87.41 per barrel, and gold ended $9.30 lower at $792.00 per ounce.
