The Dow Jones Industrial Average jumped 332 points (2.9%) to close at 11,616, the S&P 500 Index advanced 36 points (2.9%) at 1,285, and the Nasdaq Composite surged 64 points (2.8%) to 2,350. Crude oil lost $2.24 to $119.17 per barrel, and gold declined $25.60 at $874.50 per ounce.
